The meeting highlighted significant opportunities to enhance collaboration between the defense industries of Greece and the United Kingdom. As shared by Minister Dendias on social media platform “X,” they deliberated ways to advance cooperative efforts within Greece’s defense innovation sector in relation to the Armed Forces.

The discussions aimed at exploring avenues for reinforcing military industry ties between both nations and fostering synergy between Greece’s defense innovation landscape and its British counterpart. This initiative aligns with aims set out in the Agenda 2030 reform plan.
Dendias’ itinerary also included meetings with other key figures such as Luke Pollard, who oversees Armed Forces affairs, as well as Tanmanjeet Singh Dhesi—the Chairman of the House of Commons’ Defense Committee—and additional committee members. These interactions underline a commitment to enhancing bilateral relations focused on mutual security interests.
