Early on, two crucial services were pinpointed as fundamental for progress. Engaging PTI Consulting’s Chief Technology Officer as a Service (CTOaaS) set in motion strategic IT delivery, along with Managed Services meant to oversee daily IT operations effectively.
This collaboration heralds a series of thrilling initiatives over the upcoming year,which include developing a new E-Commerce Platform,Ticketing System,Internet Service Provider integration,Customer Relationship Management (CRM),enhanced WiFi access,Networking improvements,and bolstered Cyber Security measures.
