Venturing under the shadows of the Canary Wharf towers at sunset, on the basin at West India Quay. One of the reasons I love this area of London is how it has retained its global importance despite changing times. During the British empire this area was the world’s largest port, and now it’s one of the hubs for global finance. Probably it looked very different a century ago.
In one day I was told five times I couldn’t shoot somewhere or shoot something – this being number four. Overzealous security guards or hysteria over terrorism, you decide. Four frame stitch to make up this long exposure square composition.
