Samsung’s Tri-Fold Smartphone Production Figures Revised Downward
Recently, reports surfaced revealing Samsung’s endeavor to create a tri-fold smartphone, aimed at competing with Huawei’s Mate X. Initial projections indicated a release in the latter half of this year, though it was noted that production would be limited to fewer than 300,000 units due to intricate manufacturing challenges.
A follow-up report from South Korea has since revised these figures, indicating that only about 200,000 units are set for production. The manufacturing of components for this innovative device is scheduled to commence in the second quarter of the year (April through June).
