ASTANA ​ –‌ A newly⁣ launched interactive⁣ map showcasing the natural ‌resources of Kazakhstan can now be accessed ⁢via ⁣the Tabigat.gov.kz platform, according to ⁢Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources, Nurlan ⁣Kurmalayev, during a briefing ⁤held on December 10 at the⁢ Central Communications Service (CCS).

A Comprehensive Overview of Environmental Data

The ‌interactive⁤ map serves as a‍ geographical information⁢ system that offers insights into the environmental⁣ landscape and natural ​assets throughout Kazakhstan. “This tool enables ​users to explore data regarding historical ​pollution levels and current environmental‍ pressures. Additionally, it highlights key locations for solid waste management and recycling initiatives,” remarked Kurmalayev.

Users can also delve into extensive geographic details which include bodies of surface water, designated conservation areas, recreational‍ sites, wildlife migration patterns, and designated hunting regions.
