The Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association (AVIXA) has released details about its first edition of InfoComm América Latina, the trade show for the professional audiovisual industry in Latin America. The event will take place in Mexico City, from Oct. 22-24, 2025, at the Centro Internacional de Exposiciones y Convenciones WTC. At InfoComm América Latina, AVIXA says, attendees can explore the latest audiovisual innovations and trends, participate in product demonstrations, engage with a robust educational program, and connect with professionals from leading companies to explore business opportunities.
The InfoComm América Latina show is geared towards the AV systems integrator community, IT professionals, manufacturers, distributors, and end-users within the audiovisual integration sector. This industry unites engineers, designers, and technical specialists who combine their talents with audio, video, content production and distribution, networks, and software advancements, creating solutions that facilitate collaboration, information deployment, learning processes, entertainment, security and more.
“Our industry grows year after year thanks to the efforts of Latin American companies and professionals who understand the needs of their customers and offer them tailored AV technology solutions,” explains Rodrigo Casassus Coke, CTS, senior director, Latin America and the Caribbean, AVIXA. Coke adds, “By launching InfoComm América Latina in Mexico, we aim to drive this growth and raise awareness of the scope and role of our industry, which is why we’ve committed to organizing this show with the same quality standards that AVIXA upholds for all InfoComm shows.”
Latin America’s AV Industry to Hit $14B in 2024, Surging to $18.2B by 2029
According to AVIXA’s Market Intelligence, the audiovisual integration industry in Latin America is on a significant growth trajectory. By the end of 2024, revenues are expected to exceed $14 billion USD, with Brazil and Mexico as its main markets. Moreover, Mexico, with revenues of $3.1 billion USD in 2024, stands out due to investments in various AV integration projects within corporate spaces, AV technology solutions for education and training, conferencing and collaboration, and the acquisition of software, audio, video and content management products.
The regional projections are highly optimistic, says AVIXA, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5.2%, which forecasts industry revenue in Latin America to reach USD $18.2 billion USD by 2029.
This promising outlook underscores the potential for growth and innovation in the AV integration industry in Latin America, says AVIXA.

The Centro Internacional de Exposiciones y Convenciones WTC (CIEC WTC), is a prominent venue, known for large-scale events in the heart of Mexico City, will offer the ideal setting for InfoComm América Latina.
With less than twelve months to go before the event’s ribbon-cutting, the group of confirmed exhibitors includes more than 20 companies — manufacturers, distributors, and integrators of products and technology solutions.
These include the following: Absen Holdings, Almacenes Audiovisuales, ATEN International, BZBGEAR, Crestron Latin America, Datapath Ltd., Dinalight, Ela Shipping Group, Extron, Gonher Pro, Grupo Niza, L-Acoustics, LEDEC Technology, Maxhub, Meitec Led México, Meyer Sound, Muxlab, Representaciones de Audio, Sennheiser, SYSCOM, and Wesco Anixter.

Demo Rooms
The demo rooms will provide an ideal environment for audio companies to showcase the performance of their products and solutions in a controlled environment. Furthermore, by being separate from the exhibition floor, the sound of the demo sessions will not interfere with conversations between visitors and exhibitors.
Education Programs
The educational program at InfoComm América Latina is designed to equip attendees with the latest knowledge and skills in the AV integration industry. It will include an in-person edition of Congreso AVIXA, specialized training sessions led by experts in different fields, and training provided by manufacturing companies.
Like other AVIXA-produced trade shows, there will be multiple networking spaces and activities. Among those confirmed are the AVIXA Women’s Council event and a series of meet ups, which are one-hour meetings divided according to specific topics and professional profiles.
In a recent meeting with the first confirmed exhibitors, the AVIXA Latin America team presented the communication and marketing campaign details and unveiled the event’s visual identity. This image reflects the quality and values of InfoComm trade shows held worldwide, expressing the commitment to excellence and innovation that defines these international events, ensuring an outstanding experience for all participants.
